This accession is part of the first Federal Congress of Smart Cities (Urban Cities Buenos Aires 2026) and establishes criteria for algorithmic governance, data privacy, and technological sovereignty for the digital transition of municipalities across the country, with the goal of improving citizens' quality of life.
